We've
finally made the leap! Out goes the blunt pencil, the scrap
paper and the rubber and in comes the
Carlton Lodge's ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE!
It
is now possible, via this page, to check availability at
the Carlton Lodge and BOOK ONLINE. Click below, enter
the date you wish to start your stay, enter the proposed duration
of your visit and click on the availability button. It really
is that simple!
Simply
follow the on screen prompts and hey presto its done! Please
remember that at most weekends we only offer two night bookings,
but if the system does return 'not available' for a single weekend
night and you can see a vacancy try giving us a call, you might
just be lucky!

Whichever
way you chose, we need to know:
when you wish to arrive?
the number in your party?
the type of room/s you require (double/twin/single/family max
3 bed spaces)?
when you will be departing?
We
will then be able quote you a price.
When
we confirm our availability we will ask for:
your name
your full address
your
telephone number
and a £15.00 per person deposit
You
will then have two options:
If you have a credit card and wish to confirm immediately we
are happy to take your credit card information over the telephone
and email (our preferred option) or write to you with our confirmation.
or
We will hold the accommodation you have provisionally reserved
with us for a period of 7 days. Within those 7 days we ask that
write to confirm your stay with us and enclose your cheque for
the required deposit (£15.00 X number of persons) upon
receipt of which we will write back with our confirmation.
We
accept in payment for your stay using any of the following:
Credit and Debit Cards (Not American Express, Diners Club or
Visa Electron)
A Guaranteed Cheque.
Cash (Sterling and Euros)
